Dr. Joey-Lynn Bialkowski-Peterson Founder & CEO

Dr. JLBP is a lifelong learner, educator, and leadership architect who has spent nearly two decades in higher education, corporate learning, and consulting. Her career includes roles as professor, EdTech co-founder chief learning officer, and corporate L&D strategist.

Her passion? Designing immersive, inclusive learning experiences that spark real transformation. From Fortune 500 companies to college campuses, her mission has always been the same: to make leadership equitable, experiential, and empowering—for everyone.

She brings a blend of academic rigor, entrepreneurial creativity, and human-centered design to every project. And when she’s not shaping future leaders, she’s at home in Washtenaw County with her husband, Brad, and their puppy, Tyrus or at her family’s “cottage” in Canada.
